Attend a First Circuit Court of Appeals Oral Argument
Members of the public are welcome to attend First Circuit Court of Appeals oral 
arguments. Arguments are typically scheduled during the first week of each month between 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. in either the En Banc or Panel Courtroom. Please check the current court calendar and visitor policy prior to visiting as schedules are subject to change.
School or community groups interested in attending oral argument should contact the court in advance. With sufficient notice, it may be possible to coordinate discussions with panel judges following an argument regarding the judicial process. Contact Allison Guenthner for additional information.
